If your husband likes long hair but you hated your hair , just putting it up in a hairbow and looking Homey, would you go get your hair cut in a style you like although it is short. And what would you do if your husband told you You had Stupid *** hair ?

he SHOULD love you however you want to be but my bf is the same way... he flipped when i cut my hair just to my shoulders. ill admit it though, im whipped so ill never cut my hair short again. lol but if your heart is set on it then go for it. after all HAIR DOES GROW BACK. just tell him that.

Actually I had my hair short and my husband hated it, he told me I looked butch ( he is opposite of style expert as yours is I'm sure) but I rocked it, it was easy and everyone loved it, then everyone started getting it so I switched. My hair is still short and he doesn't like it, I really don't care, its my hair and I have to deal with it. If he fixes it for me every morning the way I want it then hey, I will grow it out for him, but until then, I maintain it, I decide how it will be cut.

I believe you should wear your hair to suit you not your husband. After all, you are the one who must wash it, comb it, style it. Etc. I have very fine hair and I happen to like my hair long as it is easy to put in a pony tail, braid or just hang strait. But everyone is individual Do what makes you feel comfortable, and don't let your husband make you feel guilty. If he calls you a name or says you look a certain way, just tell him that you would appreciate some respect for your feelings and your choices.

ya, do what would make you happy. Of cource what would make you happy, is having your husband think you are attractive, but at the same time you want to change your hair.

so.....I cut my hair, got it styled, looked dashing!

I had more confidence bc i knew i looked good! So when my boyfriend saw me, the confidence and smile i had portrayed beauty, and he ended up liking the short hair afterall!!

Well, I do agree with the other answers....it is your hair, and you should be able to do what you want with it. I don't know what type of person your husband is, but what if he looks at other girls with long hair and you have cut your hair off? How do you think you would feel in that situation? My boyfriend also likes long hair and I have thought about cutting mine off....and then I think about how I will feel if I see another girl with long hair and mine is short. Will he like her better???
