I'm 14 years old and a freshman I'm going to be getting my hair cut and I really want it like an inch and a half below my chin I have highlights I get my eyebrows waxed and everything o and i have dark brown kinda like hilary duff but she tends to have a reddish tinge to her hair. I don't have that. I look very girly in the face but I want it shorter and im not getting that bowl cut like a straight cut with layers

I like both. I think I like longer hair the best, as long as it's clean and healthy. I love Hilary Duff's hair. But short hair is fine too.
