Short hair for long face?

Here's my hair now:

I've always wanted a short cut, but I've been afraid to because of my face shape. I usually get chin-length and long layers, because it's flattering to the face shape. My sidebangs also really need to be trimmed %26gt;.%26lt;

So, any ideas? Is a short cut possible, or a lost cause?

I don't think your face is all that long- anyway, if i were you, I'd go for the new cut. It will look great.

don't get it too short ...test the waters first. get it layered up up to your shin see how it looks and if you think it looks good than go shorter.

well i always thought long faces look better with long hair, but you might be able to pull it off, ive seen some beautiful women with long faces, that are rockin' their short style so i say go for it gurl whatever makes you feel sexy ;)
