my hair was thick and long down to my elbows, now that ive become blonde it has snapped.and using a ghd once a week hasnt helped!!! what should i do?do i ahve to go bakc brown..becuse everytime i fix my roots up my hair goes shorter..without a hair cut!!! i just want my hair LONG again!!

You are going too light, and it is so strong to take you from such a dark color to such a light one, you are getting breakage.

Here are some options:

1) Don't go so light, go to a dark blonde with highlights for a safer, healthier blonde

2) Trim off the ends every 4 - 6 weeks to get your hair back into shape (even if you just trim off 1/4 inch each time)

3) Use a heavy conditioning shampoo %26amp; conditioning treatment for color treated hair. (salon brand - not drug store/grocery store brands)

4) Stay away from thermal heat styling products, such as flat irons, curling irons and hair dryers. If you use these products, try not to use them daily and don't use them at high heat settings (low heat, only)

5) Use styling products with thermal heat protection, to protect your hair from styling heat damage.

6) Have your hairdresser add lowlights to your current blonde, to take you darker, but you will still have blonde highlights. No need to go dark all over.

Don't worry about it. Dye your hair brown, and let it grow out. That's my advice.

go to a hair dresser they will cut your split ends out and use treatments to help restore your hairs moisture and use a more healthy die on it

make sure you use a heat protector spray on your hair when you use your ghd

awww im about to cry people remind me constantly how pretty mah hair was before i got a perm and put heat to mah hair i don't know if your're white or black or what kind of hair you have or anything but ask a hair salon expert or stopped dyingf it let it grow out and stop messing with it but sry to tell u becuz i got this new flash today..... you have to cut the split ends off becuz it ahs to grow back
