what if i use the hairclippers with no clips on it?? just the metal part?? would i be bald or just real short hair?? bceause i always cut my hair with number 1 and its not that short... and i want shorter?? would i be bald

If you use the clippers with no guard (a zero) than your length will be right to the scalp but not technically completely smooth bald like if you used a straight razor. You will still have some shadow but for most people they will consider it bald.

To give you an idea of what a zero buzz looks like think of the induction buzz that new recruits get when they go into the army. That's a zero.
