My soon to be ex keeps his hair cut short (a ceasar is what he calls it) but he is always using this gel that makes his hair flakey. Please help him. :-)

Well washy seems to work pretty well to keep the dandruff and flakiness down.

There's always hair wax or hair "glue" that he can use. But usually they're used for short spikes, they might just flatten his hair if he has a Caesar cut.
