My hair is cut short, but it is long enough to blow dry straight and run a straightener over it, but it gets all frizzy and stuff, is there some sort of home remedy i can do to keep my hair smoothe and straight?

you should use something like BioSilk first then straighten with a flat iron. This will make your hair very soft and managable. Biosilk also has a no name brand so I would go for that it's cheaper and it's all the same. You'll find this at beauty supply stores. As for a home remedy try olive oil

use a round brush to keep it flat when u iron, and blow dry from the top down. also, there is pomade and wax, but a tiny bit of lotion rubbed into ur hands will also work. to use, rub your hands lightly over your hair, DONT push down or scrunch up your hair or it will appear greasy.
