I love short hair. But my face is chubby. My body is OK, I'm not fat. But my face's just like that. Is there any chance I can get a short hair cut (say...http://vidiocy.com/factorysienna.jpg), or should I just face the fact that I simply CAN'T look good on me, and neither can any kind of short hair?

No! I think you could definitely rock some short hair, just make sure it's REALLY short- avoid some awkward bowl cut that makes it look worse!
